We want you to be completely satisfied with LocalFileBox. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee - no questions asked.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with LocalFileBox for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. We will process your refund promptly, typically within 5-10 business days.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:
- Your email address used for the purchase
- Your order/transaction ID
- The reason for your refund request (optional but helpful)

3. Refund Processing
Once we receive your refund request, we will process it within 2 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
4. After Refund
Once a refund is processed, your license key will be deactivated and you will no longer have access to premium features. You may continue to use the free version of LocalFileBox with limited features.
5. Exceptions
Refund requests made after 14 days from the purchase date will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to be fraudulent or abusive.
